I don't remember ever having been this relieved and excited to see the first signs of spring, but I think we can all agree this winter has been a particularly cheerless one and the prospect of more time spent outside and the natural world springing back to life again definitely lifts my spirits.
Wild garlic toastie:
It's still only February, but the weather is gloriously mild right now, spring is in the air, and look: wild garlic!!
