When I was browsing the shelves of Waterstone’s in Exeter last month, I bought this amazing and inspiring book. For now, keeping pigs or or building my own compost loo might be a little hard to reconcile with living in a third-floor inner city studio, but I can’t wait to try my hand at making my own chutney, cheese, bread or even elderflower champagne!
